South® Cellular Service is a service mark used by Telepak,
Inc., a Mississippi corporation wholly owned by Telapex,
Inc. Cellular South wireless service has been provided to
Mississippians for approximately twelve years, and is currently
provided to all of Mississippi's 82 counties from over 60
retail locations throughout the state.
The
Company was recently named the sole recipient of the 1999
Blue Chip Enterprise Award for Mississippi and, in 1997,
was Mississippi's first telecommunications company to receive
the Mississippi Quality Award for Excellence.
