this instrument. This instrument has the lowest
serial
number identified for the model by Duchossoir, and has a U-magnet
pickup. Grey-colored
non-slip material on the back follows
the outline of the back and neck, rather
than being diamond-shaped on models shipped after Fall 1939.
The Hyblum metal plate is 5/16" thick under the fret-board and 1/4"
