The $1.2 million Vocational-Technical Center provides adults and young people with tremendous opportunities to master the skills necessary to compete in today’s constantly changing work environment . The Vo-Tech Center offers training in eight areas: diversified technology, agricultural mechanics, electronics, intensive business, occupational clothing, and tech prep.

--------Over 300 high school students and adults are involved in educational programs at the Center. These classes have generated such excitement in the community that there are waiting lists for many courses. Students especially enjoy working with personal computers and robotics. Lawrence County has indeed become a pacesetter in the bold new world of vocational-technical education.
